1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Functions, operated by Functions, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use Functions, and old enough to attend any event you RSVP to. You must give accurate information when you sign up.

3. Phone number sign-in

Accounts use a mobile number verified by a one-time code. You must own or be authorized to use that number. Message and data rates may apply to verification texts.

4. Account ownership and security

You're responsible for activity on your account. Never share your verification codes. If you lose access to your number, see Account help.

5. Conduct and acceptable use

  • No harassment, threats, hate, or abuse.
  • No spam, fake accounts, or impersonation.
  • No illegal activity or content.
  • No using others' content without permission.

6. Profiles, content, and social features

You own the content you post. You give Functions permission to display it in the app as needed to run the service. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. Events, tickets, and RSVPs

Hosts create and manage their events. An RSVP shows your interest and does not guarantee entry. Ticket sales are not yet available in Functions; terms for ticket purchases will be added before they launch.

8. Payments

Paid features such as credit packs are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.

9. Refunds, transfers, and cancellations

Refund, transfer, and cancellation rules for tickets will be published with ticket sales. For credit purchases, contact support at (626) 941-9705.

10. Event host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their event information and for running their events lawfully and safely.

11. Admission and age limits

Events may set age limits and other entry rules. Hosts and venues decide admission. Functions is not responsible for what happens at events.

12. Intellectual property

The Functions name, logo, and app are owned by Functions. Don't copy or misuse them without permission.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using Functions at any time.

15. Service availability

Functions is provided "as is." We may change, pause, or discontinue features and can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.

16. Limitation of liability and disputes

To the extent allowed by law, Functions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Dispute terms are pending legal review.

By voluntarily opting in to Functions SMS messaging, you agree to receive messages associated with the specific messaging program you select.

Promotional messages may include upcoming events, party announcements, ticket sales, exclusive offers, and related promotions.

Separately authorized transactional SMS messages may include ticket confirmations, RSVP information, event reminders, entry instructions, and important event-related updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, ticket reservation, account registration, or participation in our services.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
